Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

At OnTrik, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical components (e.g., motor, battery, controller, LCD display)

  • Frame defects under normal usage conditions


2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or installations

  • Cosmetic damages like scratches, dents, or paint chips

  • Damage resulting from improper storage, shipping, or handling


3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Email Contact@ontrik.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the defect/problem

  2. Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or replacement parts at no cost to you.


4. Shipping for Warranty Service

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

  • For approved warranty cases, OnTrik covers the shipping costs for replacement parts or products.

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items.


5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.
